Individual adults: $185 / 50-min sessions

Individual teens: $210 / 50-min sessions

Relationships: $240 / 50-min sessions

(All sessions can be prorated for longer meetings if it feels supportive to do so.)

I’m not on any insurance panels at the moment but wold be happy to offer an itemized list (“Superbill”) monthly for you to give to your insurance company to be reimbursed for Out-of-Network benefits.

I do have a sliding scale based on availability and need. If you’d like to work with me and can’t afford my going rate, please feel free to reach out anyway to be put on a waitlist.

My intention is to balance between making a living for myself and to make therapy more accessible for everyone, as I’ve definitely benefited from others who generously give back in this way.

At this time, I’m only offering virtual/online sessions, often called teletherapy or telehealth.

I speak conversational Cantonese and can relate with someone casually but I’m not able to give therapy in just Cantonese. Many of my clients come from Cantonese-speaking backgrounds and there have been many moments when being able to express certain coloquial sayings or thoughts and feelings that are unique to Cantonese have promoted their self-expression and deepened their exploration and our connection.
